“Why Do We Eat What We Eat?”
Bloomberg Professor Jessica Fanzo, Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn, and Brazilian Vice Coordinator of Food and Nutrition Eduardo Nilson explored the answers to this question at the Nobel Week Dialogue with moderator Tara Garnett, the founder of the Food Climate Research Network at Oxford University.
Taking place in Stockholm on December 9th, this panel was part of the 2016 Nobel Week Dialogue titled, “Your Plate. Our Planet: The Future of Food.”
